Lowongan Kerja OKI Pulp & Paper Mills — PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills merupakan bagian dari APP Sinar Mas, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu pemain besar di industri pulp dan tisu di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini menjalankan bisnis secara terpadu, mulai dari pengolahan kayu hingga menghasilkan produk akhir berupa pulp dan kertas.
Seluruh bahan baku yang digunakan berasal 100% dari Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) milik mitra perusahaan, yang sudah lolos standar sertifikasi ketat. Dengan begitu, proses produksi tetap terjaga kualitasnya sekaligus memperhatikan aspek keberlanjutan.
Hasil produksi pulp dari PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills digunakan sebagai bahan baku utama untuk pembuatan tisu, yang kemudian dipasarkan ke berbagai kebutuhan industri maupun konsumen.

Syarat Pelamar :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Process Design & Control / Instrument, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Engineering, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Managing and maintaining Instrument and Control System for Entire Plant Include Process Plant, Power Plant, Automatic Packaging, Automatic Filling Robotic Line.
- Have experience in Networking and Expansion project,
- Able Monitoring DCS/PLC application modification as needed by process requirement
- Able Evaluate and solve Automation System faulty problems
- Fluent in spoken and written English
14. HSE Manager
Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in mill operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company standards, and ISO requirements related to HSE.
- Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and response activities
- Monitoring HSE program & training for employees and contractors across site area.
- Monitoring performance and HSE Key Performance Indicators to support operational sustainability and continuous improvement.
Syarat Pelamar :
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Min. 7 - 10 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and best practices.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
15. IT SPECIALIST & EXPERT
Syarat Pelamar :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Database mastery – SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle | Tools: SSMS, Azure Data Studio, Oracle SQL Developer
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and SDLC
- Solid networking foundation – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, OSPF, BGP, VLANs
- Hands-on with enterprise hardware, servers, firewalls, switching, routing, and virtualization
- Strong grasp of IT security principles and infrastructure best practices
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead, troubleshoot, and innovate

- Willing to work in a remote site environment.
