Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
- Manage end-to-end local procurement activities, including RFQ (Request for Quotation), vendor selection, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Source and procure products, materials, spare parts, and services in accordance with business requirements and company policies.
- Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational and project requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery reliability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Analyze and optimize procurement costs while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Support supplier development and strengthen the company's supply base.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to procurement efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Engineering degree is mandatory
- Must be able to read technical/mechanical drawings
- SAP experience will be a strong advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, heavy industry, or industrial services.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, industrial materials, spare parts, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in supplier evaluation, sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost-management skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to support workshop operations and project requirements.
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure alignment with established schedules and targets.
- Plan, control, and coordinate material requirements to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with Workshop Supervisors, Storekeepers, Procurement, and other stakeholders to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
- Monitor inventory levels and consumable stock to ensure material availability.
- Analyze material and consumable consumption trends to support cost control and inventory optimization.
- Process and manage purchase requisitions for workshop consumables.
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production planning reports and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, timesheets, and material utilization within ERP systems.
- Support SAP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives within Production and Manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control (PPIC), Manufacturing Operations, Maintenance, or Industrial Services.
- Experience in a multinational manufacturing or service company is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of inventory control, material planning, and cost management.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices within a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Process Automation Assist in analyzing manual business processes, transforming them into automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, support the implementation and continuous improvement of business process automation solutions.
- Internal Application Development Participate in the design, development, and enhancement of internal applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective business solutions.
- Data Analytics & Visualization Collect, clean, organize, and analyze company data, develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to support business insights and decision-making.
- Collaboration & Document Management Assist in managing, organizing, and optimizing the company's intranet and document management systems within Microsoft SharePoint, support initiatives that improve collaboration and information accessibility across the organization.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting Provide basic technical support related to Microsoft 365 applications and tools.
- Assist the IT team in troubleshooting user issues and ensuring smooth operation of the Microsoft environment.
