Seluruh bahan baku yang digunakan berasal 100% dari Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) milik mitra perusahaan, yang sudah lolos standar sertifikasi ketat. Dengan begitu, proses produksi tetap terjaga kualitasnya sekaligus memperhatikan aspek keberlanjutan.

Hasil produksi pulp dari PT OKI Pulp & Paper Mills digunakan sebagai bahan baku utama untuk pembuatan tisu, yang kemudian dipasarkan ke berbagai kebutuhan industri maupun konsumen.

1. Officer, Procurement

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :

1. Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time in accordance with company procedures
2. Monitor and expedite delivery of materials and services to ensure on‑time fulfillment based on PO schedules
3. Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmation, delivery status, and issue resolution
4. Manage and follow up outstanding PO, ensuring data accuracy in SAP / ERP systems
5. Support cost control activities through quotation comparison and supplier evaluation
6. Maintain complete and compliant procurement documentation in line with SOP and audit requirements
7. Provide daily procurement support to internal users for operational and urgent purchasing needs

Syarat Pelamar :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Procurement Buyer/Negotiator, Expeditor, Purchasing
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end procurement processes (PR, RFQ, PO, delivery)
• Experience using SAP / ERP and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage

2. Fire Fighter Safety

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :

1. Carry out fire prevention, fire protection, and firefighting activities in accordance with established procedures, standards, and applicable regulations.
2. Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection and firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, hose reels, fire alarm, and detection systems.
3. Respond promptly and effectively to fire incidents and other emergency situations to minimize risk to personnel, assets, and the environment.
4. Conduct hazard identification and fire risk assessments to support preventive measures and continuous safety improvement.
5. Support the implementation of emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation simulations, and safety training programs.
6. Prepare accurate and timely reports related to inspections, incidents, and firefighting activities.
7. Ensure the readiness and reliability of all emergency response systems and equipment at all times.
8. Collaborate with relevant departments to promote fire safety awareness and strengthen the organization’s safety culture.

Syarat Pelamar :

• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience as a Firefighter, preferably in an industrial or site environment.
• Possess valid Firefighter Certification Class C & D issued by Kemnaker or equivalent recognized certification.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, fire prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working effectively under pressure in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high commitment to safety compliance.

Syarat Pelamar :

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Having Experience 4 - 10 Years in project 
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience in pulp and paper projects will be an added advantage
• Able to work in team and individual
• Penempatan: OKI, Sumatera Selatan
