Syarat Pelamar :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and service standards.
- Able to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
- Good command of English.
2. CHEF DE PARTIE PASTRY & BAKERY
Syarat Pelamar :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pastry/Bakery, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel.
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Good knowledge of pastry, bakery, cakes, and desserts.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Able to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Good teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Creative, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
3. SALES MANAGER
Syarat Pelamar :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel Sales & Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of competitor, MICE, and leisure markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Good command of English.
4. COOK PASTRY & BAKERY
Syarat Pelamar :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pastry/Bakery, preferably in hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of pastry, bakery, cakes, and desserts.
- Able to follow recipes, production procedures, and portion standards.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety.
- Able to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
