Commercial Area Supervisor

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the designated region
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners within the region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Syarat Pelamar :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or management
At least 3 years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
Familiarity with the transportation and logistics industry in the Palembang region
