Site Civil Engineer
Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineering Professional role
based in Palembang. The Civil Engineering Professional will support the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, including site inspections, data collection, and preparation of technical reports and drawings. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure work is completed according to specifications, schedule, and safety requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing design documents, assisting with calculations and cost estimates, and monitoring project progress and quality. The Civil Engineering Professional will also help address technical issues on-site and contribute to continuous improvements in project delivery.

Syarat Pelamar :
- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and practical understanding of core civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparing drawings, specifications, and technical calculations.
- Knowledge of Water Resource Management, such as drainage, hydrology, and related infrastructure systems.
- Project Management skills, including planning, organizing tasks, and supporting project scheduling and documentation.
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and standard engineering codes and regulations.
- Ability to work on-site in Palembang, including field visits and supervision under varying conditions.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety and quality.
