Site Manager

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :

1. Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in piping, industrial, or construction projects
3. Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing project reports
5. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
6. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
7. Knowledge and implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards in projects
8. Willing to be assigned to the OKI Pulp and Paper project site, South Sumatera

Syarat Pelamar :

• Manage and supervise on-site piping project activities to ensure progress, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site issues
• Communicate actively with clients and project management teams, including report preparation in English
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE standards at the project site
• Monitor and control material, equipment, and manpower usage to maintain cost efficiency
• Penempatan: OKI, Sumatera Selatan
