Lowongan Kerja Susi Air Buka — Susi Air (PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation) adalah salah satu maskapai penerbangan asal Indonesia yang dikelola oleh PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation. Maskapai ini dikenal dengan layanan penerbangan berjadwal sekaligus charter flight yang menjangkau berbagai wilayah di tanah air.


Kantor pusatnya berada di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, dan hingga kini Susi Air beroperasi dari beberapa basis utama, yaitu Jakarta, Medan, Kendari, Bandung, Balikpapan, Cilacap, dan Sentani.

Untuk mendukung operasionalnya, Susi Air memiliki 49 armada aktif yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis pesawat sayap tetap dan helikopter. Berikut rinciannya:

Selain itu, sejak akhir tahun 2009 Susi Air juga mengoperasikan helikopter. Armada helikopter pertamanya adalah Agusta Westland Grand A109S, kemudian pada Maret 2010 ditambah dengan Agusta Westland Koala A119Ke.

1. Accountant Officer

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
  1. Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries.
  2. Assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports such as Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
  3. Supporting any financial processes required.
  4. Coordinating with internal departments for financial documentation.

Syarat Pelamar :
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • Prior internship or work experience in an accounting-related position is preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to compile financial reports.
  • Able to work individually or team work.
  • Worked well under preassure.

2. MT General

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
  1. Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  2. Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.
  3. Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.
  4. Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
  6. Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  7. Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.

Syarat Pelamar :
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
  • Minimum GPA: 3.5/4.00 (preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

3. MT Finance (Specialized in Data Analyst)

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
  1. Perform accurate and timely journal entries
  2. Handle purchase matching: purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
  3. Conduct inventory stock opname and reconcile inventory records
  4. Perform reconciliation of AP data and inventory usage vs cost
  5. Assist in preparing and maintaining tax documentation
  6. Apply basic tax knowledge related to PPH 23, PPH 22, PPH Final, and PPN
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy

Syarat Pelamar :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Fresh Graduate with the skills needed are welcome to apply
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (SQL & Python)
  • Ability to perform reconciliation of AP data using analytical tools
  • Experience in inventory usage reconciliation and cost calculation
  • Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

4. MT Legal

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
  1. Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
  3. Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  4. Any other assignment needed by the Company.

Syarat Pelamar :
  • Bachelor Degree with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
  • Minimum 1-year work experience
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

5. Back End Developer

Tugas & Tangung Jawab :
  1. Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs (NestJS) while collaborating with the frontend team (Vue.js/Nuxt.js)
  2. Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for SQL/NoSQL systems
  3. Integrate and maintain third-party systems/APIs and support automation & file management (Google Drive API)
  4. Create and maintain API documentation, code references, and technical processes for maintainability
  5. Continuously improve codebase readability, scalability, performance, and error handling
  6. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure backend solutions meet business and operational needs
  7. Prepare and update documentation for code, APIs, and system processes to support maintainability and team knowledge sharing

Syarat Pelamar :
  • Minimum 2 years of backend development
  • Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript (NestJS is a strong plus)
  • Proven experience in REST API design, development, and integration
  • Solid database knowledge in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL, including schema design and optimization
  • Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., payment solutions, travel agent, external APIs) and version control using Bitbucket/Git
  • Familiar with Nginx/Apache; exposure to GCP & Google Drive APIs is a plus
  • Leverage Al tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to boost coding efficiency
  • Ability to continuously learn new technologies and work effectively under tight deadlines
